Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian Food For Healthy Hair

What you EAT plays an important role in you beauty as well as fitness. Even Hair Care also need good eating habits.

Whatsoever diet you take, it should be rich in nutrients. All the necessary nutrients is must in your daily routine diet like, Vitamins, Minerals and Protein. An adequate amount of all these should included in your food. You can divide them. What do you eat throughout the day, and how often to eat. According to Breakfast, lunch and dinner, Decide the quantity of necessary nutrients.

 what vegetarian food you need to include in your diet:


  • Dry Fruits

Dry fruits such as Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pistachios. These major dry fruits should be included in your diet. you can take them with your morning breakfast or in evening snacks. These Are best source of Vitamins, Protein and minerals. Vitamin E and Omega 3 fatty acids are there in dry fruits which keep scalp healthy. And essential in hair growing.


  • Carrot 
As well all know carrot is full of vitamin E and A important for eye site and skin. carrot has one important element which helps in producing sebum in hair scalp. Sebum helps to keep hair scalp lubricated. If you have desire of good shiny hair then must include it in your food.


  • Green Tea
Great disease resistance element. Green Tea has anti-oxidant which is well known for increase immunity system of body. As it is also helps to get great lustrous healthy hair as well. consume a cup of green tea every day.


  • Pulses 
Pulses to be included in your daily diet is absolutely necessary. Pulses are rich in protein. It is equivalent to the consumption of meat protein. Specially lentil, A high-protein pulse that is dried and then soaked and cooked before eating. These pulses are full of folic acid, minerals like copper, selenium, vitamins, protein which keep hair healthy glowing and nutritious


  • Green Vegetables 
Green Veggies like green pea, Spinach and other green leafy veggies are great source of minerals and vitamins which essentials substances for hair growth and its health. One more veggie is Bell Pepper which is rich in vitamin C. It helps in glowing hair. Also a great anti-oxidant. 


  • Sweet Potatoes 
This winter season fruit or veg is great source of beta carotene which helps in fast hair growing and stronger scalp. 
  •  Dairy Products and Whole Grains
Everybody know what to eat for calcium and protein. Yes! Dairy products or milk products are best consumption of  calcium and minerals, vitamins, fats. As per doctors and experts MILK it self a complete food. So do include it in your daily diet. About grains, It is full of fibers and fibers also a need for diet. 

Non-Veg

 Meat for health is as important as Vegetarianism. eating meat is also necessary for the fulfillment of certain elements. Many times in terms of health are advised to eat eating meat. Which is essential to improving your health quickly.Let see what should we eat as non-veg for good hair growth and healthy hair. 

  • Egg
Egg comes first when we are talking about non-veg food. Egg is itself a complete element full of all vitamins. all the necessary essentials like iron, selenium, Zinc, sulphur, copper are available in eggs. Iron is important in increasing red blood cells. Which helps to carry  these blood cells to hair follicles. So you get good growth of hair. 

  • Meat or Flash
Meat, flashes, chicken and Fish are great source of omega 3 fatty acid and vitamins, proteins. so do include these to your diet. You can have non-veg twice in a week as it is also cause cholesterol and fat. So you can avoid rapid eating. But don't forget it is more effective than others.
