Get Rid Over Pigmentation

The very common reason of pigmentation is sun damage. Some patches and tan skin which become darken on particular areas. One more reason of pigments is injury wounds, Later it turns into dark spots which is known as pigments. Pigments get darker day by day if you have stressful life, Over thinking and have lack of sleep.


What efforts we should use to reduce these spots. Lots of products available in market which claims that they are best to remove pigmentation. But let me clear one thing, Nothing is made like to remove pigments. Pigments get only lighter step by step. This treatment need patience and regular effort or remedy. 

So here we go! In this segment we will discuss all the remedies which help to reduce pigmentation. 

For the first most step, Follow our skin care regime that is, Cleansing, Toning, Exfoliating, Face Mask and moisturizing.

Now what key substances we need:

1. Potato: Potato is best skin lightener. Crush one potato and take out its juice. Apply this juice on affected areas.  Rub potato slice on darken areas around 5 minutes. Everyday apply this.

2. Lemon juice: Apply few drops of lemon juice with almond oil or coconut oil. As lemon has natural bleach property and also has acidic, So don't ever apply direct lemon juice, Either use oil or milk or honey. 

3. Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera is best natural skin care element. Cut aloe vera leaves and take out the gel or pulp. Apply this on pigments everyday. 

4. Fresh Milk: Massage on pigment affected areas every morning. Milk has amazing properties to reduce pigments.

5. Curd: Mix curd and tomato juice in equal proportion and rub on affected area for 10 minutes daily.This will definitely reduce a lot withing 20 days.

Tip:

1. Always cover your face with cloth while going out because you need to protect your face from UV rays which cause pigmentation and skin tan. 

2. Do apply sunscreen lotion or cream before going out.

3. If you come out with direct sun light, immediately massage your face with curd or tomato or potato juice to protect from damage. 

4. Drink as much as water, liquid you can before going out. 

5. Apply fruit mask or vegetable mask once in a week.
