In the ancient Indian civilization, Old era had not the trend of cutting hair. In ancient time women used to dress-up their hair with wooden comb and to arrange them used wooden clips and sticks. At that time braids and weaving hairstyle was in trend. You will get a glimpse of Indian culture in every trend. Still Indian women love to wear old hairstyle specially on occasions and functions. And most beautiful part they used to decorate them with flowers called "veni" or "gajra".  But in current trend beads, stones, glitters, tattoos are being used.

1. Simple wedding braid: Just cover your all hair on back side and use pins to cover them up. Wrap around neatly and stuck them with pins. Decorate with flowers and weaving flower chain. Wrap weaving flower chain around the braid. This quick simple braid will give you awesome look.

2. Weaving Ponytail: This is another simple weaving pony tail style which is still in trend. Weave a pony tail from the root and weave flower chain with it. For casuals just weave and leave. 

3. Wavy Ponytail: Just Put a dryer once on wet hair and cover the pony on top. Falling waves will look awesome and easy too. 

4. Low Ponytail: Low ponytails is most using hairstyle among indians. Divide the hairs into two parts and band them from the neck. Some ladies using clutuers at the place of bands. 

5. Wavy Edged Pony: This is another simple pony but for short hairs or medium hair type. Use hot curler or road to give a nice curl to your pony and tie them up at the middle so none can judge your short length of hairs. 

6. Side Part Ponytail: Some women have habit to divide their hair into left or right side divide. So comb as usual and divide hairs from front left or right and make a pony tail. Either make just regular pony or weave it. Both will look stunning. 

7. Half Updo: This is an extreme old hairstyle but evergreen. Divide hair from front left or right and take a strand from front edge, clip back it. Strand should be just near to your eye.

8. Side Ponytail: Side ponytail was not in trend from past years but recently again on trend. Specially college going girls trying it more. Take all the hair on once side and band them. 

9. Puffy Ponytails:  Puffs are most using hairstyle among housewives. They used to make big puffs at front and pin up them on just middle on the head. And at last edge simple weaving ponytail. 

10. The blond Braid: This is quite stylish hairstyle. Hairs should be taken from front with one single strand leaving. Now divide pony into one third part and then make a strong pony at end with covering by another half strand.
